# Introduction

> A3 is a Regulatory Compliance Intelligence Platform — a single source of truth for compliance, security, and economic risks across the Web3 ecosystem.

## What is A3?

A3 is a real-time compliance and risk monitoring platform built for Web3 organizations. It continuously scores your projects across configurable risk dimensions and alerts you the moment a threshold is breached.

Every A3 workspace is tailored to its client's regulatory context — the scoring categories, portfolio structure, compliance frameworks, and terminology all adapt to match the organization's specific requirements.

## Customization by Organization

A3 is highly configurable. The following aspects adapt to each client's setup:

## Default Risk Categories

A3 evaluates every project across six dimensions by default:

| **Tokenomics**       | Token supply health, issuance events, allocation integrity            |
| **Audit Relevancy**  | Audit coverage, relevancy, and freshness of security assessments      |
| **AML / CFT**        | Anti-money laundering and counter-financing-of-terrorism signals      |
| **Attack detection** | Exploit patterns, attack vectors, and on-chain threat signals         |
| **Development**      | Code activity, smart contract update patterns, and development health |
| **Governance**       | On-chain governance participation and voting health                   |

Categories are fully configurable per organization. Some setups use per-asset axes (ETH, BTC, SOL…) or different risk dimensions instead. Scores always run from **0** (critical risk) to **100** (clean).
