>
> Table size and theme

> **[Security](#security)**
>
> Two-factor authentication

> **[Notifications](#notifications)**
>

> **[Team](#team)**
>
> Members, invites, and roles

> **[API Keys](#api-keys)**
>
> Keys for programmatic access

> **[Subscription](#subscription)**
>
> Plans and renewal

## Profile Settings

General preferences for your account.

| Setting | Description |
| - | - |
| **Default Table Size** | Number of rows per page used by tables across the application, for example `100 / page` |
| **Theme** | Switch between **Light** and **Dark** mode |

## Security

Protect your account with **Two Factor Authentication**. Click **Add new 2FA device** to register an authenticator device. Registered devices are listed in the table with their **Enabled** status.

## Notifications

Manage the channels that receive alerts from your detectors and triggers. The list shows every channel in the tenant with its type and destination, and **Edit** and **Delete** actions.

Click **Add channel** and pick a channel type:

**Email**

Enter the email address that should receive alerts. Adding a notification email does not change your account's primary email.

**HTTP**

Enter the **HTTP Endpoint** URL and the **HTTP method**. Optionally click **Add header** to send custom headers, for example an authorization token. The endpoint must respond with `200` to the request.

**Telegram**

Follow the instructions in the dialog:

* **Private notifications**: start a chat with the Extractor bot linked in the dialog, then click **Finish** once the bot replies.
* **Group notifications**: add the bot to a group chat, paste the `start/...` command shown in the dialog into the chat, then click **Finish** once the bot replies.

**Slack**

Click **Add Slack**. A new browser tab opens where you choose the Slack channel, after which you are redirected back to Extractor for confirmation.

To route alerts to a channel, select it under **Notification Channels** when configuring a detector or trigger. Every alert it emits is delivered to all selected channels.

> [!TIP]
>
> Combine channels by severity: for example, route `CRITICAL` and `HIGH` alerts to Telegram or Slack for immediate response, and send lower-severity alerts to email for review. See [Severity](/common-configurations#severity).

## Team

Manage who has access to your tenant. The table lists every member with their **Name**, **Status**, and **Role**. Use **Search members** to find someone by name or email.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `INVITED` | Invitation sent, the user has not registered yet |
| `REGISTERED` | The user has accepted the invitation and has an account |

### Invite a team member

**1. Open the invite form**

Click **Invite team member**.

**2. Add emails and roles**

Enter the member's **Email** and select one or more **Roles**. Click **Add another** to invite several people at once.

**3. Send the invitation**

Click **Invite**. Each member receives an invitation link to join your organization.

### Roles

| Role | Permissions |
| - | - |
| **Can view** | Read-only access |
| **Member** | Can edit triggers, contracts, and action providers |
| **Manager** | Same rights as Member, plus adding and managing team members |

### Manage members

Open the **⋮** menu on a member's row:

* **Copy Email**: copy the member's email address.
* **Change Roles**: update the member's roles. Available for registered members.
* **Delete**: remove the member, or revoke a pending invitation.

## API Keys

Create keys to access the Extractor API programmatically. The **API Keys Management** table shows each key's **Name**, masked **API Key** value, **Status** (`ACTIVE` or `EXPIRED`), **Creation Date**, **Expiration Date**, and time until expiration.

To create a key, click **Add API key**, enter a **Name**, and choose a **Lifetime**: `30 days`, `90 days`, `1 year`, or a custom number of days. Use the copy icon next to a key to copy it, and the edit and delete icons under **Actions** to manage it.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Treat API keys like passwords. Do not commit them to source control, and delete keys you no longer use.

## Subscription

The **Subscriptions** table lists your plans with their **Status** (`ACTIVE` or `DISABLED`), **Start Date**, **Expiration Date**, and time until expiration. Click **Renew** to extend a plan.
