An Action Provider must hold a native token balance on its network to pay gas fees. Without funds, configured actions will fail to execute.

Steps

1

Open the provider

In the left sidebar, click Action Providers, then click on the provider you want to fund.
2

Click Deposit

On the provider detail page, click the Deposit button in the top-right area.
3

Send funds to the deposit address

A deposit address (and QR code) will be shown. Transfer the desired amount of native tokens to that address from any external wallet.
The required amount depends on the gas price of the target network and how often your actions are expected to trigger. You can see an estimated gas cost during smart contract action setup.
4

Confirm the balance

After the transfer is confirmed on-chain, click Refresh on the provider detail page. The updated balance will appear under the provider name.

Tips

  • Monitor your provider balance regularly, especially for high-frequency actions or on networks with volatile gas prices.
  • Use the Refresh button on the provider detail page to manually update the displayed balance at any time.
  • If a balance runs low, actions may fail. Extractor will show this in the Transaction history tab with a failed status.
